Job Description
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design images for employer branding and recruiting purposes;
- Manage the company’s official recruitment website, fanpages, and forum, including posting recruitment information, advertising, maintaining interaction on digital platforms, updating content, and collecting feedback from candidates.
- Plan, promote, and participate in organizing Recruitment events;
- Coordinating departments to do communication and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Make reports, evaluate communication activities carried out, and propose upcoming projects;
- Welcome new employees to the company;
- Recruit assigned positions (inexperienced candidates will be trained);
- Other tasks as required by the superiors.
II. REQUIREMENT
🔰Minimum Requirements
- Have a good aesthetic, creativity, and basic understanding of art design;
- Know about Marketing, especially in building and developing a brand;
- Be able to build and write proposals; plan and manage events;
- Be proficient in the use of MS Office tools, Power BI, Ai, Pts
- Be proficient in design tools, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social media, Forum seeding, Email Marketing, Analytics, etc.), offline marketing (TVC, press, etc.);
- Fluent English communication (TOEIC > 650 or equivalent)
