- Managing revenues and operating costs of BBC
- Monitoring financial performance of BBC, analyzing value and bonus point price of each card classes.
- Making management reports of products’ performance for the higher-ups and distribution network.
- Collaborating with the competitor analyzing and market segment developing department to position Bank’s product in the market.
- Ensuring effectiveness and update of process and policies of product.
- Developing and launching promotion.
- Participating in other projects as required by the Team Leader and Manager.
II. Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree and higher, preferably economics and accounting major.
- At least 3 years of experience in retailing, understanding in customer loyalty program is an advantage.
- Good arithmetic analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Good MS Office skills.
