Job Description
I. Accountabilities
- Organize and control the aircraft technical status for the BAV fleet of aircraft.
- Optimize the defect rectification cost.
- Coordinate with OCC, Procurement team, LMD, and make plans for rectify A/C technical defect.
II. Key Responsibilities
- Support maintenance staff and outstation for AOG, Delay, arising defects, and repair solutions.
- Control and schedule to perform defect trouble shooting/deferment/rectification.
- Control and issue WOs to rectify the repetitive defect.
- Support CoA inspection and make plans for rectify all findings.
- Monitor aircraft status by Airman/AHM/Ahead Pro; make plans to perform trouble shooting/ rectification for the fault messages;
- Control and make sure the rightness of spare orders for defect rectification;
- Perform maintenance task.
- Support Planning Division to assessing the complicated task
III. Requirements
- Graduated from a college or university, or a technical college/university with a basic aeronautical technical course or major;
- Specialized certifications : CAAV CAT B1/B2, CRS CAT B1/B2;
- Having a minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance;
- Have in-depth knowledge of aircraft technical.
- Having trained on the following subjects: Human Factors and Safety Management Systems.
- Strong skills in recommending solutions and guiding others in defect rectification.
- Ability to manage unscheduled situations and make decisive judgments at work.
- Teamwork, Communication, Management.
- Good English proficiency;
- Positive attitude; able to perform well under pressure;
