I. Job Description

• Directly handle the operations of all BAV’s flights to meet the requirements of safety, security, and quality of services at the assigned airport.
• Monitor ground services at airports BAV operating, in order to make sure that all ground and flight operations are safe, secured, punctual, and economically efficient.
• Propose solutions and to be on behalf of the Station Manager to deal with all matters arising from the operations and from flight irregularities in pursuant policies, regulations, procedures, instructions and meet requirements of safety, security, and quality of BAV, Airport Authorities.
• Be responsible for assigning duties and tasks to airport Duty Manager/ Representatives at the airport office.
• Monitoring standards (before and after flights), flight service standards and other supporting standards to meet SPI, Company KPI, OTP including Passenger handling in terminal and on ramp, bag handling in terminal and on ramp, and cargo handling. Provide corrective measure to improve services.
• Participate in building the system, passenger service standards, bags (including mails, parcels, co-mails of the company…forwarding together with the flight as checked-bag).
• Conduct walk-around check to ensure smooth operations in all areas.
• Ensure to submit all relevant investigation report and complaint on time.
• Monitoring staff performance, conduct training and show good example to the staff attend and support staff on passenger complaint, practice service recovery - Solve and provide correct information to passenger.
• Disseminate new information to staffs during briefing.
• Evaluating performance of employees.
• Upon requesting of Ground Operations General Manager, carries out non-routine duty or task assigned and timely report to Ground Operations General Manager the progress and result.

III. Yêu cầu về năng lực

• University/College Degree, major is Business administration, marketing, or equivalent.
• Background in airline operations, safety management is preferable.
• At least 02 years working experience in the aviation industry.
• Proven knowledge in Ground Operations or Customer Services.
• Priority will be given to candidates residing near Muan International Airport
• Good communication.
• Good teamwork and time management.
• Independent and ability work under pressure.
• Upper-immediate English level.
